Hutchinson Consultancy Ltd was founded by Scott Hutchinson – a graduate professional recruiter with many years experience in recruiting senior personnel to the food industry. In the last two years our turnover has doubled and we now have a dedicated team of consultants based in London and Wiltshire.
Our client base ranges from £1m turnover “family” businesses to major global companies such as ABF Group, Coca Cola and Tetley. Each assignment is special and unique to us and is treated as such. The Hutchinson Jonas Group
In 2006 Hutchinson formed an alliance with Jonas Consulting the FMCG permanent recruitment provider, in order to provide our customers with both a Permanent and Interim recruitment solution. This relationship has gone from strength to strength and a further joint venture between the two companies ‘TQM Ltd’ has been added to take on retained senior search assignments.

Hutchinson Consultancy’s philosophy is based around the following principles:

- To have two sets of clients – the “end users” and the interim managers – and for both to be equally important to us.

It is a philosophy that has stood us in good stead and contributed to our strong growth.
The “Compass Rose” in our logo is a tribute to Scott’s home for 19 years, “Outward Bound Mountain School, Eskdale”. OBMS is one of the original UK Outward Bound Centres providing courses that teach individuals and businesses the tenets of leadership, teamwork and overcoming adversity using the outdoors as a powerful medium. The compass is also our "moral" compass and illustrates the search element in our work.
