We believe we should work with the client and the interimright through the assignment to ensure value for money and total satisfaction at every stage of the role. This is why, following consultation
with some of our key interims and clients, we are happy to launch our Assignment Support Guarantee - a 5 point pledge of support to both sets of our customers.
- We guarantee that in the first ten days we will call to ensure there is a ‘fit’ and that both parties agree that the objectives are achievable.
- We guarantee that we will conduct an on-site visit at the mid-point of the assignment to ensure that it is on-track and both parties are satisfied.
- We guarantee an ‘on-call’ service and will respond to your calls within oneworking day.
- We guarantee to provide assignment progress reports to both parties.
- We guarantee that we will conduct exit reviews for both parties, to enable feedback and identify future needs and opportunities.
